WE’RE GLAD YOU’RE HERE
Contact ShelterScan
ShelterScan is an independent project built and operated by one person. I’m also a single father, so I may not always be able to respond to every email or respond quickly.
Email delivery to this new address is still being finalized. A message sent now may not reach me.
I especially appreciate hearing about:
- Pets reunited through ShelterScan
- Shelters or animal listings we may be missing
- Incorrect or outdated results
- Bugs or technical problems
- Ideas for improving ShelterScan
I review messages that reach this inbox. A reply, however, can’t be guaranteed.
If you’re searching for a missing pet, please don’t wait for a response from ShelterScan. Contact shelters, animal-control agencies and other local resources directly while you continue your search.
Found something wrong?
If a shelter, animal photo, location or link appears incorrect, please include the ShelterScan result link and as much detail as possible. A link to the original shelter listing is helpful too.
Found your pet?
I’d love to hear about successful reunifications. Those stories help improve ShelterScan and understand whether the service is working.
